Winslow Build's Owner Representation service removes the day-to-day load from a Homeowner's list of responsibilities. By representing a Homeowner, Winslow Build takes global responsibility for a project's completion, on schedule and within budget. Owners receive comprehensive weekly reports, but are otherwise not involved in the building process.

Owner Representation is billed as a negotiated percentage of the project's total cost.
